My goal is to make your experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, which is why Headway manages insurance billing and insurance-related questions. If you have insurance, please book appointments with me directly through Headway.co.

However, if you are someone who pays for your sessions out of pocket or with cash, please make your bookings directly on my website.

Payments

Credit cards are the sole means of payment accepted for appointments. Before the scheduled appointment time, payment will be collected and charged 24 hours in advance. In case the appointment requires completed forms, these must be sent within 48 hours before the appointment, and they can be uploaded via a provided link at the time of payment collection.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel their appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged the full amount for the service, without a refund.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so 24 hours in advance, without additional fees.

This policy is in place so that cancelled appointment times may be made available to other clients in need. This policy only applies to established clients.

In the event that the provider and client are not a good therapeutic fit, a full refund will be provided for the initial visit where the fit was assessed.
